Lessons
I love to teach and have been teaching lessons to kids through adults for three years in NYC. I’m specialized with high school students looking for support and/or guidance in creating music technology portfolios for college applications, as well as college students looking for extra tutoring in music technology concepts. I was a music technology student for the 7 years so I am connected to the questions one has when they’re just starting out.
I believe that developing a personal artistic philosophy is crucial to creating a style that stands out as your own. This makes your work even more valuable and sought-after. My areas of expertise include microphones, acoustics, psychology of sound, recording techniques, sound design, recording software (ProTools, Logic, Ableton, MAX/MSP), signal processing such as compressors, EQ’s, etc., songwriting, producing, mixing, and mastering. Each subject is taught from a technical, creative and philosophical standpoint.
